Next week I will have the chance to be in Milan for the second time, and that's a good thing. The first time I went it was January and all I can say is, that I was happy to leave. Nothing dramatic happened, except that the weather was awful. I heard that winter in Milan isn't too pleasant, but after all I thought it's still Italy, can't be too bad. The first afternoon was fine, blue sky, I went on top of the cathedral it was beautiful. The second day it was snowing all day, but it wasn't the nice fluffy snow, it was muddy snow. Nevertheless, I am willing to give Milan a second chance.
There are so many reasons why I love going to Warsaw...in the summer, when it's warm. Besides having a lot to offer, another reason to visit Warsaw is that you will feel extremely generous all of a sudden. The exchange rate is around 1EUR = 4.30 Polish Zloty.
Most of us remember studying the WWII, because it's not like we had a choice to skip it. Somehow it's a part of history that fascinates me, because after all it happened so recently that most of our grandparents were there. Sometimes I wish I asked them more questions about it. Since I missed that chance, I decided to visit the Warsaw Uprising Museum. Not expecting much from a museum, I was impressed how well it tells the story of the Uprising.
Civita Castellana, located in the heart of Italy, is a city about 50km north of Rome. It's a very underrated city, so I thought I would share some pictures with you that I took this weekend.
1) The Colosseum, built in 70 AD in Rome, has over 80 entrances and can accommodate 50,000 to 80,000 spectators.
Personally, I don't know how they do it. Their food is rich in flavor, tastes like heaven and is consumed each time with tons of wine. Life isn't fair, it's not. Here are some nice places in Florence to eat their way.
It's only the most adorable movie. I could never get tired of it.
Here are some images I picked.
